RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TheDeepSoak, we stand behind the DeepSoak Pro with our First Night Promise. You shouldn't have to decide on a product you've never used.


The First Night Promise

Run a bath. Turn on the bubbles. Try your DeepSoak Pro.

If it's not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No shipping it back. No forms. No restocking fee.

We can do this because 92% of customers keep their Pro once they've used it.


How to Request a Refund

Email team@thedeepsoak.com with:

  • Your order number
  • "Not for me" in the subject line

Refunds process within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.


Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital downloads or licence codes

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Faulty Items

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately with photos so we can guide you through the next steps.

Wrong Product Received

Order Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact customer service for assistance.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already shipped, it must be returned according to the standard return procedure.
